Elizabeth and Paolo got married on the most beautiful fall day in North Carolina! We hit it off right away throughout the planning and once the day was here, I couldn’t help but to keep saying “wow this is such a JOYFUL day!” Both Elizabeth and Paolo were just so excited to finally be married and celebrate with their family and friends. You could seriously FEEL the love and happiness everyone had for these two and it was so contagious!!
The day was relaxed, happy, stress-free, and we were all just loving life…Exactly how things should be on a wedding day! Elizabeth and Paolo seriously set the tone and you couldn’t help but smile around them. I couldn’t be more honored that I got to capture their wedding day!!
So now let’s take a peek to see what it was all about!!
First up – Getting ready & private vows!!
Elizabeth & Paolo got to spend some quality time with their closest people while getting ready. Once they were ready, they did a private first look on the balcony (where Paolo was blown away because just look at Elizabeth!! Stunning!) and then moved on to their vows. I always love to have my zoom lens on when my couples are having intimate moments like these. This way they still get the privacy and time together, and I still get those awesome moments captures!!
Then last minute touches and this gorgeous ceremony!!
Before heading down for the ceremony, Paolo added on Elizabeth’s veil (so sweet) and Elizabeth made sure he was good to go with his bowtie. They got to have a little private moment by themselves before their sweet ceremony with all of their closest family and friends!! Just look at that ceremony set up thanks to The Bradford, Buffaloe Blooms and Curated Events!!
Next up – Bride and Groom portraits!!
After the ceremony, we did some couple photos out front while cocktail hour started. These two absolutely killed it, and I love when photos can double as a few minutes to soak it all in together just the two of you (and me;))!! Then they headed off to join cocktail hour with friends and fam!
Party Time!
Let me just say their friends brought the party! I did not stop laughing the whole time and DJ All Around Raleigh kept the dance floor packed! Elizabeth and Paolo also KILLED it with a choreographed first dance that blew everyone away!! It was stunning!!
